12:15 – 1:00 PM: Dia Tet, delicious starters (also vegetarian); taste the typical Vietnamese food of the traditional Vietnamese New Year
13:00 – 14:00: BBQ, grilled pork Hanoi style – Bun Cha Ha Noi;
for vegetarians: grilled tofu with marinated lemongrass;
both served with noodles and salad
14:00 – 14.30: Dragon show & tombola
15:00 – 15.30: Summer desert.
